Monaco Luxury Car Rental operates monacoluxurycarrental.com from Monaco, offering self-drive rental of sport, luxury, convertible, SUV, electric and supercar models, minivan hire, chauffeur-driven hire and delivery to the airport or elsewhere in the principality. The site lists around 90 vehicles, with day rates starting at €210.

All questions about an enquiry or a booking can be sent to [email protected]. We reply in writing to every request, and that written exchange forms part of the agreement between us once a booking is confirmed.

The website does not take payments or confirm bookings automatically. You submit your name, email address, chosen dates and, optionally, your phone number, the car you are interested in and a message; for airport delivery you can also give your flight number.

Once we receive your request, we check availability and send you a written quote covering the car, dates, price and any conditions specific to your rental. A booking only exists once we confirm it in writing, by email or another written channel you have used with us. Until that written confirmation is sent, no car is held for you and no price is guaranteed.

The price we quote covers use of the car for the agreed dates, the mileage allowance described below, and the insurance cover stated in the quote. Any extra service, such as a chauffeur, airport delivery beyond what we offer as standard, or additional drivers, is only included if it is written into your quote.

Prices are given per booking and depend on the car, the season and the length of hire. We reserve the right to quote different prices for different dates and vehicles; once a quote has been confirmed in writing, the agreed price will not be changed for that booking.

Payment is arranged directly with our team once your quote is confirmed; we do not process card payments through the website itself. At handover, we take a refundable security deposit on a credit card held in the main driver's name, ranging from €1,500 to €250,000 depending on the car.

The deposit is released within 14 days after the car is returned, once we have checked for outstanding fines, tolls or parking charges relating to the rental period. Any amount owed for damage, missing fuel, excess mileage, fines or tolls is deducted from the deposit before the balance is released.

You may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 7 days before the pick-up date. If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before pick-up, 30% of the booking value is retained. If you cancel within 24 hours of pick-up, or do not show up, 100% of the booking value is retained.

This is a voluntary cancellation policy set by Monaco Luxury Car Rental and forms part of the agreement you accept when confirming a booking; it is not a statutory right of withdrawal, and Monaco consumer law does not grant a cooling-off period for this type of service. Requests to change dates or the car booked are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on availability; we will confirm in writing whether a change can be made and whether it affects the price.

We may need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking because of severe weather, a safety concern affecting the car or the planned route, a technical or mechanical issue with the vehicle, or an event beyond our reasonable control, such as a strike, a public authority decision or another case of force majeure.

Where this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible, try to offer an equivalent car or alternative dates, and refund any amount already paid for the booking if no suitable alternative is accepted. We do not owe compensation beyond the amount paid for the affected booking in these circumstances.

The main driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 3 years, for every car in the fleet. At handover, the main driver must present a valid driving licence, a passport or national identity card, and a credit card in their own name for the security deposit. Drivers holding a licence issued outside the European Union may be asked to also present an International Driving Permit.

Any driver not named on the rental agreement is not covered to drive the car; if you need an additional driver, tell us when you request your quote so it can be added in writing.

At handover, we check the car's condition together with you and record the fuel level and mileage; the same checks are carried out when the car is returned. The booking includes 250 km per day; kilometres driven beyond this allowance are charged per km at the rate stated in your quote.

The car must be returned with the same fuel level it had at handover. If it is returned with less fuel, we charge the missing fuel at cost, plus a fee for the refuelling service. The car must be returned at the agreed time and place; a late return without prior written agreement may affect your deposit and the next client's booking.

Traffic fines, tolls and parking charges incurred during your rental are your responsibility. Where these are issued to us after the car is returned, we pass them on to you together with an administrative fee.

Insurance cover is included as described in your written quote. If the car is damaged in an at-fault incident during your rental, you are liable for the excess amount stated in that quote, which may be deducted from the security deposit. Driving abroad, taking the car onto a track or driving off-road requires our prior written approval; without it, cover under the included insurance may not apply.

Our cars may not be used for racing, instruction, sub-renting, towing, carrying passengers for hire, or any purpose contrary to the car's registration documents. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside any of our vehicles.

You are responsible for complying with traffic law wherever you drive the car, for keeping it secure, and for telling us immediately if it is involved in an accident, breaks down or is stolen. Using a car outside these conditions can end the rental immediately and may make you liable for the full value of any resulting loss.

Monaco Luxury Car Rental is liable for making the agreed car available in the condition described in the quote and for the services we expressly agree to provide; beyond the deposit and excess arrangements described above, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed appointments or events, arising from a delay or a cancelled booking caused by weather, safety, technical or force majeure reasons.

The content of monacoluxurycarrental.com, including the fleet descriptions, photographs and pricing pages, belongs to Monaco Luxury Car Rental or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission; the site is provided for the purpose of browsing our fleet and sending enquiries, not for any other commercial use.

These terms are governed by the law of Monaco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between you and Monaco Luxury Car Rental falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco. We may update this page to reflect changes in our services or policies; the version published on monacoluxurycarrental.com at the time you confirm a booking is the one that applies to that booking.
